Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of career services or recruiting experience, or equivalent
Knowledge of career development from a university or recruiting environment
Proficiency with new technologies and service delivery methods
Ability to adjust working hours to meet student and alumni needs
Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in relevant fields preferred
