Director-Specialty Practices
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple practice sites across the Samaritan service area, including Obstetrics & Gynecology, Urology, General Surgery, and Surgical Subspecialties. Partners closely with two medical directors to align clinical and operational goals, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for mentoring and developing a team of five operations managers, maintaining visibility into day-to-day clinic operations. Oversees financial performance, budgeting, and strategic initiatives, with a focus on clinical transformation and continuous improvement in care delivery.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree preferred.
Four (4) years experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity required.
Medical office management experience required.
