Director Of Development

The Director Of Development is a key member of the regional fundraising team. The position will play a significant role in personally securing new charitable gifts, by managing a select portfolio of major gift prospects and participating as a key contributor in the Grateful Patient Program. The Director Of Development will develop strategies and engagement opportunities that will lead to and result in philanthropic support. In addition, build partnerships across the region to help identify philanthropic opportunities that align with organizational needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $38.11 per hour - $65.55 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
