Attorney Construction Litigation

The client is seeking an Attorney specializing in Construction Litigation to join their team in Tampa, Florida. This is not a remote position and offers a salary range of $250,000 to $350,000. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling construction litigation cases and will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

The successful candidate will work closely with the clients team of attorneys and will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role as a Recruiting Partner. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The client is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about construction law and is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to clients.

In addition to handling construction litigation cases, the Attorney will also be responsible for mentoring junior attorneys, participating in business development activities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the clients legal practice.
