Position Summary : We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our HR function as our company continues to grow. This role will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding / offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-onsomeone who can streamline processes and policies, enhance the employee experience, and support a distributed workforce of over 100 employees across multiple states and entities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Recruiting & Talent Acquisition : Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with department leaders to attract and retain top talent.Employee Onboarding & Offboarding : Ensure smooth transitions through consistent, compliant, and engaging onboarding and offboarding processes.Payroll & Benefits Administration : Oversee and process payroll, quarterly bonuses, benefits enrollment, and vendor relationships; ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.Policy & Compliance : Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and procedures in compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws.Performance Management : Drive continuous performance improvement through structured annual review cycles, manager training, and development initiatives.Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, automate processes, and improve the employee lifecycle using HR technology and data insights.Employee Relations & Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Other duties as assigned by leadership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Monthly employee retention rate at 80% or aboveMonthly employee satisfaction rate at 80% or aboveMonthly payroll accuracy rate at 98% or aboveKPIs per position compliance at 90% or aboveAnnual performance review completion 90% or above Qualifications & Skills : Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (Masters or HR certification a plus)7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or senior-level HR roleDemonstrated experience managing HR functions across multiple statesStrong understanding of employment law, payroll, benefits, and complianceProven success in recruiting and developing HR processes in a growing organizationProficiency with HRIS platforms (Gusto & Employee Navigator experience a strong plus)Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsMinor travel is requiredBenefits : Bonus opportunityUnlimited PTOMedical / Dental / Vision / FSA / HSA401 (k) Employer MatchingShort & Long Term DisabilityLife InsurancePaid Parental LeaveFlexible hybrid schedule : 3 days in-office / 2 days remote (after an initial ramping period)Office Snacks and Thursday Lunches
