Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the transition from a project-focused approach to a product-centric strategy for enterprise platform solutions. The Senior Product Manager will define and execute product strategies, develop long-term roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and guide product teams to ensure consistent delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with technology objectives within an Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Roadmap : Define and maintain long-term roadmaps and product strategies for a portfolio of complex enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching technology goals and business priorities.
- Prioritization and Backlog Management : Own the prioritization of product backlogs, making data-driven decisions to select features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
- Stakeholder Leadership : Act as the main point of coordination between business leaders, technical teams, and product teams to ensure aligned delivery and clear communication of priorities.
- Agile & SAFe Leadership : Champion and implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, ensuring high-level priorities and value delivery are maintained across teams.
- Metrics and Value Analysis : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess delivered value, identify areas for improvement, and guide strategic pivots for platform products.
- Thought Leadership : Mentor product teams, establish best practices in Product Management, and provide guidance to foster a product-centric mindset across technology initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
9–12 years of experience in Product Management, including leadership roles managing product teams and influencing senior-level stakeholders.Strong technical background in IT infrastructure , with deep expertise in network connectivity, access, reliability, availability, and performance in complex enterprise environments.Proven experience with Agile methodologies, with strong preference for Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) .Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent applied experience.Exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge business objectives and technical delivery.Proficiency with tools such as Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and AgilityHealth .
