Customer Service Coordinator needs 2+ years experience
Customer Service Coordinator requires :
- Onsite
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (phone, email, or in person).
- Basic proficiency in computer systems, data entry, and common office software.
- Ability to stay positive, empathetic, and professional when handling customer concerns.
- Customer support
- Familiarity with the optical / ophthalmological market products / services.
- CRM / ERP
- Great Plains, Zoho, SAP, or similar platforms.
Customer Service Coordinator duties :
Answer phones, responding to emails, coordinating shipping, following up on customer inquiries, and performing other assigned duties.
