Position summary 3 monthcontract with a possibility to goperm
Responsible for managing allcampaign deliverables working across the TLC and ID bundles. ThisIncludes the ability to write documents concisely and effectivelybudget management production assistance effectively communicatewith outside vendors and supporting the Creative team withpromotional needs.
Ensure that all Marketing campaigns are executedin an efficient and timely manner from concept tocompletion.
KeyResponsibilities
The ProductionManager will collaborate with Director Production Management tooversee the pre through post production process for promotionaldeliverables
Work with Director ProductionManagement on workflow efficiencies and processes within theMarketing team.
Work closely with Marketing teamproducers and managers to cost manage assigned post and productionshoots.
Manage and create any project contractsPOs and invoicing to be submitted to and by thirdparties.
Collaborate with Business & LegalAffairs internal team on any necessary legal documents for shootingtalent approvals and asset management.
Manageand write business emails and formal document creation in aprofessional manner.
Create and manage anyproject trackers specifically for budgeting and assetmanagement.
Work closely with strategy anddesign team on the management of AirTable
Act asa liaison between the Marketing team and other WBDteams
Manage internal systems and processes toensure assets are delivered and available for WBDteams.
Provide consistent production support andcollaboration to the Marketingteam.
Requirements
Must have at least 57 years related media and / or productionexperience.
Working knowledge and experience inshoot and post production.
Understanding of AICPand AICE bid forms.
Excellent negotiationskills.
Ability to work in a fast paced andchanging environment.
Ability to work onmultiple projects in various stages ofproduction.
Strong communication skills andability to relay effectively.
Strong skills inwriting documents and business emails concisely andeffectively.
Strong organizational skills andattention to detail a must.
Proficiency withExcel Word Adobe Outlook AirTable Powerpoint and / orKeynote.
Must be a team player and work with alllevels of management.
