Claims Contract Attorney

Job Description : Education Requirement : Must have JD from accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)

• Education Requirement : Must have JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice). Active license required
• Remote / Onsite : Remote, 50 miles within Phoenix or Beaverton
• Analyzing claim documents
• Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel
• Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
• Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project co-ordinators, and / or other project team members
• Best-in-class customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients. The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Litigation experience preferred
• Class action and / or mass tort experience a plus
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Flexibility
• Customer service approach
