DMC PRIMARY CARE is seeking part and full time experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians (both LICSW and LCMHC) to provide behavioral health services to Level 1 referred patients in an integrated, primary care setting.
A significant portion of patients may be children and adolescents in addition to adults. The Behavioral Health Clinicians are considered a part of the primary care clinical team.
- Clinicians must be comfortable with : Independently assessing individuals with behavioral health needs and / or substance misuse issues;
- Developing treatment plans / interventions for individuals with mild to moderate mental health issues; Interfacing with medication management professionals as needed;
Providing thorough communication to the primary care physician. This opportunity offers some flexibility and may be able to include one day of remote clinical work for a portion of the workweek after 90 days.
- At present there are no evening or weekend hours. Competitive compensation is offered. Position Qualifications : Master’s in Social Work from an accredited college / university;
- Currently Licensed in NH as an LICSW or LCMHC; CPR certified; Previous EHR experience preferred (including ability to document in electronic medical record);
