Responsibilities of the AP & Payroll Specialist :
Process payroll bi weekly for under 100 employees
Tracking invoice payments, making bank deposits, and managing cash applications
Handling customer inquiries, resolving payment disputes, and negotiating payment arrangements
Calculating billing amounts, and printing and mailing bills when needed
Qualifications :
2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable AND payroll experience
Non profit experience is a plus
Intermediate excel skills- pivot tables and vlookups
