A Day in the Life

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, who will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This new role is designed to support the launch and expansion of Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System. The Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager will be responsible for driving patient engagement and therapy adoption in high-potential markets. Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System is cutting-edge technology that will change the lives of patients with high blood pressure. This is a field-based role focused on therapy awareness, access, account activation, and collaboration with senior Territory Managers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Territory & Account Development

Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies.

Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders.

Support territory activation by opening new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams.

Sales Execution

Promote and educate of the Symplicity therapy, acting as a therapy specialist and resource.

Execute focused outreach strategies in "hot" markets with high patient potential.

Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the territory.

Customer Engagement

Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff, building trust and credibility.

Educate and equip providers with therapy benefits and pathways that improve patient outcomes.

Support contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts.

Training & Development

Participate in comprehensive training programs to build clinical and sales competencies.

Operate flexibly in a dynamic, evolving environment with a "project mentality."

Compliance & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance.

Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.

MUST HAVE : BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

OR

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years Medtronic Clinical Specialist experience

NICE TO HAVE : DESIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven success in pharmaceuticals or high growth direct to consumer sales

Experience in direct-to-consumer or community-based sales models

Background in launching new therapies or products

Familiarity with cardiovascular or hypertension markets

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and flexibly in ambiguous environments

Graduate of Medtronic PRIME program

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Frequent travel within assigned territory

Ability to lift / carry up to 20 pounds

Sit / stand / walk for 6-8 hours per day

Operate a moving vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $70000 - $70000

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week : Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance / reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees : Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns. Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
