Devon&Devon S.p.A . is a prestigious Italian company of Interior Design and Bath Decor, which became part of the Italcer Group .
The aim of the group is to create a luxury pole in the high-end Home Furnishings to include decorative plumbing, tile, wallpaper, lighting and furniture.

BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Role Mission
The Business Developer will be responsible for business development and commercial activity in the United States, with a particular focus on sales and promotion .
Directly reporting to the Vice President of Sales, he / she will be the Brand Ambassador of Devon&Devon in USA and he / she will be responsible to manage all the commercial activities , in order to achieve the budget targets, set by the Management.
Key Activities
- Manage the selling process inside the Showroom, ensuring the highest level of customer experience ;
- Carry out promotional activities at the most important architectural firms in USA, in order to ensure the sales;
- Develop the sales process (visits, sales conditions and market coverage);
- Implement the customer database (CRM);
- Manage and maintain a luxury showroom environment to reflect the brand image;
- Manage order and quotation process;
- Answer calls with exceptional level of professionalism;
- Organize and manage periodic events inside the Showroom in order to involve the Architects & Designers community;
- Work in team with the Vice President of Sales to cover the USA Area sharing contacts acquired over the years, in order to ensure the sales for both A&D and wholesale distributors;
- Organize and maintain all files and paperwork and submit any required paperwork to the HQ offices on time and with accuracy.
Key Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in High-end furnishings or Luxury Interior Design ;
- Degree in Economics, Communication & Marketing, Interior Design;
- Sincere passion for Design ;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities and problem solving;
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities;
- Passionate about Products and the Luxury industry;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
- Experienced with technology to utilize retail systems and shipping software programs;
- Team player attitude.
