Trust & Securities Services - Head Of California

The Trust and Securities Services (TSS) Santa Ana Head is responsible for the short- and long-term financial success, controls, and budget planning of the TSS businesses in Santa Ana as well as the financial success of the Americas TSS business. He / she will contribute to the strategy for the business in the Americas and will drive the implementation of respective strategic plans, while ensuring that these are aligned to the global TSS strategy in accordance with relevant regulations and laws. The TSS Santa Ana Head will steer key business activities and ensures full alignment to DB's risk management framework and all relevant global regulatory and compliance requirements. Furthermore, the position holder also maintains key internal and external business and client relationships for TSS.

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana, CA office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $325,000 to $450,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
