GTN has a client looking for an individual who willprovide onsite support in their fulfillment centers reporting tothe Sr.
Manager of Facilities. These roles are onsite located inGroveport Ohio.
- You will support maintain andtroubleshoot IT issues for picking packing and receivingstations.
- You may also support local office ITneeds.
- Other responsibilities include raisingcritical issues to our Tier 2 teams and being an advocate foroperational needs.
Responsibilities :
- Follow guidelines set forth by thre cybersecurity department and other internal controls.
- Work hand in hand with fulfilment center operations tosupport tickets for internal operational readiness.
- Oversight of all IT inventory at the facility.
- Raise awareness to Tier 2 Support team when issues seemcritical to operational success.
- Troubleshootpaper and label printers.
- Provide eyes andhands for our remote network team.
- Rollout newIT equipment (computers printers scanners scales peripherals) whenprojects arise.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safelyrepeated throughout the day.
- Ability andwillingness to work all major US holidays except Christmas and NewYear’s Day Education &
- Ability to get on lifts or ladders (not afraid ofheights)
Experience :
- Noless than 12 years of experience in any relatable field such astechnical support in an eCommerce environment or other warehouse or3PL location.
- Ability to stand or walk for 95%of their scheduled shift.
