Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Content Manager to lead the development and execution of a global organic social media strategy in the consumer lifestyle industry. This full-time position requires a creative visionary with a deep understanding of social platforms, consumer trends, and data-driven marketing to craft compelling content that resonates with audiences and drives brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of a comprehensive social content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives, product launches, and cultural moments.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams, agencies, and influencer / PR partners to generate fresh, culturally relevant content ideas and deliverables tailored to platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Leverage in-house content studio resources to create agile, low-fidelity content that sustains audience engagement.
- Manage community engagement efforts to foster authentic and timely interactions with followers, strengthening brand loyalty.
- Utilize analytics and social listening tools to monitor content performance, enabling real-time adjustments and evolving strategies.
- Identify and incorporate user-generated content (UGC) and collaborate with emerging creators to enrich storytelling efforts.
- Stay ahead of evolving social media trends, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a best-in-class content approach.
- Coordinate social content shoot preparations and execution to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Partner closely with brand leadership to maintain voice consistency while supporting overarching social and brand objectives.
- Engage audiences interactively through features like polls, Q&A sessions, and live events to build a vibrant online community.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media and content strategy, preferably within beauty, fashion, or consumer lifestyle sectors.Comprehensive knowledge of social media platform best practices, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with proven experience managing brand accounts.Strong ability to tie social storytelling to consumer insights and measurable business outcomes.Experienced with in-house content studio operations and adept at crafting content hooks that maximize engagement.Track record of producing content that elevates brand relevance, engagement, and reach.Proficient in collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to deliver seamless content campaigns.Analytical thinker with hands-on expertise in social listening, publishing, and performance reporting tools.Creative, solution-oriented mindset able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
