Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement outreach strategies to recruit fosters and volunteers

Build partnerships with veterinary clinics, rescues, and community organizations

Coordinate local campaigns and events to raise awareness and support recruitment

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years in community engagement or volunteer management

Proven ability to build programs independently

Experience with digital outreach tools, particularly social media
