Join Jordan Insurance & Investments Inc., a leading insurance and investments company located in Paducah, Kentucky. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our insurance and investment products to potential clients.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and help our clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and educate them on our insurance and investment products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and generate revenue
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
Requirements :
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
