We are looking for an amazing Senior Manager, Entertainment Operations and Programming to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Senior Manager, Entertainment Operations and Programming is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and management of entertainment programs across the fleet. This role involves leading a team of entertainment professionals, ensuring high-quality performances, and maintaining operational excellence. The Senior Manager will work closely with various departments, including Fleet Operations, Human Resources, and Finance, to achieve the main objectives of delivering exceptional guest experiences and optimizing entertainment resources. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in entertainment management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the cruise industry.

- Lead and manage the entertainment team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- Coordinate with fleet operations to ensure seamless integration of entertainment programs across all ships.

- Develop and manage the entertainment budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and financial performance, adjusting as necessary to stay within budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of entertainment offerings.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and improve entertainment offerings.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, shipboard teams, and external partners.
- Represent the entertainment department in meetings and presentations, advocating for resources and support.
