Valens is looking for a mission-oriented Program Evaluation Manager who will oversee project operations to ensure that production schedules are met, resources are effectively utilized, and proper relationships are established between customers and project teams. The role includes managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification / mitigation on various projects, and coordinating resolutions to production-related issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full lifecycle program evaluation and performance management, from initial planning through resourcing and enablement
- Lead program evaluation planning, continuous evaluation preparation, and stakeholder analysis
- Support governance functions, planning reviews, and the preparation and maintenance of program-related documentation
- Coordinate with DIA and Intelligence Community stakeholders, DI Senior Leadership, and IC partners
