We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Ruby Developer who’s eager to grow their skills while contributing to real-world production applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, learning from experienced engineers, and gradually taking ownership of features in a supportive team environment.

This role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and a clear path toward mid-level and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain features using Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Work within an established codebase while learning best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
• Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and team leads
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing
• Grow toward increased technical ownership over time
