Business Process Analyst (Finance)

Overview

The Sr Finance Process Analyst will collaborate with finance stakeholders to analyze and redesign processes such as Record-to-Report, FP&A, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash. The role will leverage tools including Oracle Fusion Cloud, FloQast, Planful, and Workiva to drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight. Candidates excited about using AI and automation to transform financial operations are encouraged to apply.

Finance Process Analysis & Optimization

• Map and analyze end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, costing, etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, and automation opportunities
• Partner with finance teams to redesign workflows using AI, RPA, and analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.

3–7 years in finance, accounting, or business process analysis.

Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud, NetSuite, or similar).

Leveraging existing applications for AI. (FloQast, Planful, Workiva, Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Hands-on experience with automation tools (RPA, workflow, AI / ML, or analytics platforms).

Analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and operational insight.

Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
