ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Sanchez Agency Insurance, is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual that speaks Spanish, to join our team as a Receptionist.

Our ideal candidate speaks Spanish and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Speak Spanish
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Speak Spanish
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
