Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing service-based revenue by promoting maintenance contracts, planned maintenance agreements, parts programs, and repair services for forklifts, aerial lifts, dock equipment, and material handling systems. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new service opportunities through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and consultative conversations. The Sales Representative will work closely with service managers, technicians, parts specialists, and sales teams to ensure customers receive reliable, responsive support that improves equipment performance and reduces downtime.

The Rochester office opened in 2020, with the main site located in Buffalo. The role covers the following counties : Monroe, Livingston, Wayne, Ontario, Yates, and Seneca. 80% of the job is client-facing, but work can be done from a home office or the Rochester office when not in meetings. The position offers a lot of autonomy, and performance monitoring is minimal as long as metrics are met. The company provides a car and gas card. This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00 / yr. Benefits include a base salary plus a competitive commission structure, 401k with generous company match, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, health savings account, paid time off, and paid holidays.
