Key Responsibilities

Oversee HR / People Systems and troubleshoot system issues

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition

Handle day-to-day People Ops inquiries and maintain compliance with employee records

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations

Fluency in HR systems, with experience in UKG Ready preferred

Experience with HR compliance, policy, and reporting

Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment

Strong organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset
