M365 Systems Analyst – Enterprise Cloud Services
Accepting local candidates within 90 mins of Lansing, MI ONLY.
Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week upon start and there is NO REMOTE ONLY option.
We’re seeking a skilled M365 Systems Analyst to support a large enterprise Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. This position will join a collaborative technical team responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing enterprise-wide M365 services and configurations. The role focuses on ensuring performance, compliance, and effective use of collaboration tools across a diverse organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ongoing updates and feature releases within Microsoft 365’s Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment.
- Analyze the potential impact of product changes on enterprise tenants and make configuration recommendations aligned with organizational policies and licensing.
- Review and document configuration options to support governance, security, and operational consistency.
- Develop clear technical documentation, including system recommendations, configuration guides, and user job aids.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups with internal product teams and external Microsoft representatives.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise SharePoint team to provide daily support for SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and related M365 services.

Desired Qualifications
3-5 years’ hands-on experience with M365 administration and configuration in enterprise-scale environments.3-5 years’ experience developing technical documentation and presenting recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 operations in Government Community Cloud (GCC) or other secure cloud infrastructures.Proven ability to evaluate and communicate the impact of product updates and feature changes.Practical experience managing content and configurations in SharePoint Online and Teams.Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Vital Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employer. Requirements
3-5+ years of experience with M365 Administration and Configuration (Specifically in Government Community Cloud, GCC). - 3-5+ years of experience in preparing technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - A proven ability to investigate the impact of product change on enterprise implementations of M365 GCC. - Strong written and oral communication skills within a collaborative team environment.
