We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level General Manager to take on a critical role in a fast-growing water damage mitigation company.

The ideal candidate will oversee various aspects of mitigation operations, including project management, client relations, team coordination, and quality control.

Duties : Project Management :

Project Management :

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.

Client Relations :

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the mitigation process.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Team Leader :

• Supervise and lead mitigation teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and training to optimize productivity and performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Quality Control :

• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to ensure work meets quality and safety requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Financial Oversight.

• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Manage budget allocations and monitor expenses.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in the mitigation, construction, or related industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic work environments.
