AWS Kubernetes

Skills :

8+ years of experience on DevOps with expertise in

Building and managing CI / CD pipeline - gatekeeping production deployments, develop and implement GIT branching strategies, branch protection rules, network policies, scale up / scale down the load on AWS.

KAFKA administration, able to plan and implement KAFKA migrations.

Automation, Monitoring, Alerting, quick resolution / workaround to avoid application downtime.

Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Solve performance issues and scalability issues in the system.

Ability to coordinate and work with various cross-functional teams.

Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.

Technical Skills :

DevOps and SRE

CI / CD - Gatekeeping Production deployments, develop GIT branching strategies, network policies, scale up / scale down the load on AWS.

AWS Kubernetes, Docker

KAFKA - basics of KAFKA, administration, Migrations

Programming / Scripting using Python or Spark

Database - Vertica, Snowflake

Behavioral Skills :

Excellent Communication skills and collaboration skills

Ability to propose and lead improvements in the system

Ability to work with and manage cross-functional stakeholders

Proactive approach to issues, ability to provide prompt resolution / work around.
