The Opportunity :

As a ServiceNow developer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients.

We’re looking for a developer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.

This role is more than just coding. We need a ServiceNow developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements.

You'll use the Agile life cycle to work with the development team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements.

You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the architecture and operating environment, including future functionality and enhancements.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you help translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.

You Have :

2+ years of experience with developing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools

Experience with developing custom service portals and creating and implementing complex pages, custom widgets, and UI

Experience working in large enterprise environments, including government spaces

Experience with Glide scripting, business rules, client scripts, and data imports

Experience with leading development teams and providing guidance and mentorship for staff members while sharing experiences

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have :

Experience with Agile methodology

Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, SalesForce, Pega, Appian, PowerApps, or OpenText

Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization

Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
