Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative planning and programming sessions with direct client communication, translating teaching pedagogies into architectural form
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' programmatic and functional requirements
- Communicate planning concepts to clients and project teams, both verbally and through graphic and written reports which capture the academic mission and vision of each institution
- Collaborate with design team members to develop planning concepts in an integrated design approach
- Provide technical knowledge of academic spaces in programming, planning, design, and construction phases
- Participate in research about area of expertise
- Develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with existing and potential clients
- Leverage design talent and other intellectual content to contribute toward new project pursuits
