N Orange County, CA : Some of the outlined job duties include :
Full Cycle Accounts Payables (match, batch, and code)
Track Lien Releases for all projects assigned.
Create and submit AIA billing to subcontractors.
Assist with reconciling, and balancing project costs.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents
Provide clerical & administrative support and assist with special projects
Review purchase orders for approval prior to posting invoices.
Experience with working with QuickBooks, Sage,and MS Suite programs
Efficiency with documentation (GAAP).
Core Skills and Competencies :
Construction billing experience.
Excellent communication skills with customers and internal staff
Strong team player
Education and Experience :
Recent 2-5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the construction billing experience.
100% in-office position
salary is DOE
