Riekes Equipment, an industry leader in material handling and warehouse solutions, continues to expand to meet the needs of our customers. Our growth creates your opportunity as we recruit a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to process our payables. If you have what it takes to help drive our growth, then come join the Riekes team.
Job Summary :
Accounts Payable Specialist must deliver excellent results and achieve goals on all aspects of payables, communication, and customer service.
Benefits :Schedule :
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Manage vendor payables processing. You will process accounts payable for company’s seven locations. Your duties will include matching our purchase orders to vendor payables and timely coding of payables to receive vendor discounts. You will reconcile statements to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate and communicate. You will proactively communicate with sales reps, vendors, customers, and management about payables. You will seek answers and prevent and resolve issues.
- Achieve complete customer satisfaction. Through accurate and timely processing and proactive communication you will ensure that our customers and vendors are completely satisfied and supported throughout the process.
- Professional experience : At least three years of accounts payable or related experience with transferable skills is required.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and ability to work on several simultaneous projects with potential interruptions under tight deadlines.
- Able to effectively communicate technical matters verbally and in writing.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Location : On-Site not remote
$22-25 DOE
