We are currently recruiting an Associate Affiliate Manager to join our team. If you're an enthusiastic, analytical pro who thinks big and executes effectively, this role might be for you.

As the Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will support the development of partnerships and strategies across full-funnel affiliate programs, including with publishers, influencers and traditional affiliate sites to drive placements, revenue and exposure for rygr clients. This position will collaborate with Media, PR and Social pros to develop, align and execute plans to increase awareness and achieve the client's traffic and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and is interested in learning our full-funnel approach to the channel.

The position requires the ability to apply detailed knowledge and expertise to actionable insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who is proactive and decisive with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partners closely with the team to support the development and execution of clients' affiliate programs. This includes day-to-day management of affiliate programs, recruiting affiliates, negotiating rates and developing relationships
• Helps to determine client goals and work to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting for client programs
• Cultivates and maintains ongoing relationships with key affiliates and publishers
• Identifies and secures promotional and advertising opportunities through strategic partnerships
• Provides weekly and monthly reporting, highlighting and identifying areas for growth
• Manages annual affiliate budgets and commission structure / payouts
• Participates in status calls and contributed to the relationship with clients
• Brings rygr's values and company culture to life
• Execute timely and successful delivery of client requests
• Audit affiliate sites for accuracy of brand and product coverage
• Answer inbound inquiries and manage partner communications alongside account manager

Qualifications

Salary : $52,000 - $55,000 annually

Location : This is a hybrid-eligible position, which may be filled in our Carbondale or Denver office, with the expectation for the candidate to work 3 days per week in a rygr office.
