Job descriptionScreen, hire, train, coach, and develop staff using company directives Ensure staff effectiveness through ongoing training and counseling Manage staff schedules and assignments Address performance issues appropriately Promote harmony and quality performance Ensure policy compliance Financial Management Develop budgets and forecasts Reconcile deposits, rent, and charges timely Manage vendor invoices and property financial reports Strategic Leasing Management Ensure effective leasing techniques and accurate reporting Handle resident concerns and develop retention programs Show, lease, and coordinate resident move-ins Administrative & Maintenance Management Lead emergency response efforts Monitor maintenance service and property appearance Manage resources and oversee repairs and renovations High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience CAM or ARM certification preferred Proficiency in onsite software and basic computer skills Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Regular communication, repetitive motions, and ability to work overtime Prolonged standing, moving, and working in various environments and conditions Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs., operate machinery, and work in outdoor and confined spaces Reliable transportation for emergency on-call duties

Community Manager
The Community Manager oversees all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. Responsibilities include personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative, and risk management. As an on-site leader, you will supervise property and staff to ensure compliance with policies, safety, fair housing, and liability standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Personnel Management
Attend onsite daily
Maximize net operating income through cost control and revenue strategies
Create marketing plans and utilize strategies
Ensure accurate reporting and timely submissions

License / Equipment
Asset Living offers a comprehensive rewards package including benefits, 401K, bonuses, and paid leave. Salary range : $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
