Key Responsibilities Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, recognizing and promptly responding to changes in patient condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. Document all patient care activities, observations, and interventions accurately and comprehensively in the electronic health record (EHR).
