Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will process payroll using our ADP platform. and you will keep accounting up to date using our Odoo platform.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Spanish is a PLus


Responsibilities

  • Process Payroll and track PTO and sick leave
  • Solicit customer payments and record them
  • Pay Vendors in a timely manner and close open invoices
  • Keep daily production reports up to date in a share drive excel sheet
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Odoo experience is a must
  • Basic knowledge of HR and payroll procedures
  • Basic office equipment such as printers, router and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
