Boutique Litigation Firm Seeks 4-5 year Associate

Requirements :

• Strong academics
• Prefer top of law school class
• At least three years of litigation experience; commercial litigation or insurance defense
• Appreciate candidates that know Texas litigation styles and technique
• Helpful if the candidate has experience in oil and gas, personal injury, products liability and other personal injury tort work
• Experience with contractual indemnity and insurance issues that come up in personal injury and property damage matters would also be helpful.
• Reports to all partners
