Job Description
Modern Family Law , a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking 3Ls graduating in December and sitting for the February 2026 Bar exam , or graduating in May and sitting for the July 2026 Bar exam , to become Post-Bar Law Clerks / Associates in Colorado . This role is hybrid, but you must sit for the Bar, and plan to reside, in the state you are applying to.
Program Details :
Post-Bar Law Clerks at Modern Family Law will join the firm after sitting for the Bar exam, and receive training and mentorship from our devoted Learning & Development team in preparation for their transition to an Associate Attorney after successful passage of the bar.

To be successful in this role, the Post-Bar Law Clerk will :
ADA Compliance : All candidates and incumbents are expected to perform the duties as assigned so long as they can meet the expectations set forth with or without reasonable accommodations. This salary is a reasonably reliable estimate that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law .
