Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Business Systems Analyst
Location : Stockton, California (Hybrid)
Pay Range : $50.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Apply advanced business analysis concepts to identify, evaluate, and define highly complex systems scope and objectives based on business practices and processes.
Initiate, design, or modify highly complex systems and procedures where standardized policies may or may not exist.
Develop unit integration and acceptance testing plans and scenarios, leading cross-functional teams to address complex business or systems issues.
Perform in-depth analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into proper system specifications.
Consult with end-users to clarify data and reporting needs for complex business intelligence solutions and analytics.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in a related field with three years of increasingly responsible experience in business systems analysis, or an Associate's degree with five years of related experience.
Experience with ERP / SIS systems such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is required.
Advanced knowledge of business process and systems analysis functions.
Strong understanding of complex process and systems requirement documentation standards.
Proficiency in computer flow charts, programming logic, and codes.
