The Samsung Semiconductor Inc. Wireless Connectivity Software Engineering team is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineers to join our team in developing software infrastructure framework and protocol stack for 802.11 based WLAN chipsets. We are looking for engineers with expertise in MAC Layer concepts and firmware development. As a member of the WLAN Software team you will be responsible for developing software modules for the data path and control path in MAC and physical layer of various WLAN chipsets.

Location : Daily onsite presence at our San Jose CAheadquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy

What Youll Do

• Work with 802.11 WLAN chipsets devices and protocols including other networking devices
• Collaborate with wider teams to for end to end feature deliverables build and maintain production quality Firmware
• Design and develop modules in embedded firmware for Samsungs Wireless Connectivity solutions
• Major focus will be implementing unit testing and fixing issues various features of 802.11 MAC
