C-Suite Executive Assistant
We are a large financial organization that has an open vacancy for an Executive Assistant to support the team of executives in their C-Suite.

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and organize financial reports and projects for meetings with the executive team
- Calendar and schedule management for board meetings as well as other meetings involving the executive team
- Coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements for the VPs and C-Suite executives
- Providing other executive coverage as needed
- Arrange materials for board meetings using MS office programs
Qualifications:
- Acute proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 4+ years of administrative experience, any executive administrative experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Past experience in the financial or healthcare industry is a plus
- A very high attention to detail with the ability to multitask
