Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee activities for multiple value streams within the revenue cycle Analyze data, document process flows, coordinate changes, and resolve issues Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and third-party payer policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in healthcare, including 5 years in management Certification as Professional Coder (CPC) or Coding Credential through AHIMA required Experience in clinic / hospital financial operations Previous experience managing a large and / or complex department budget Extensive knowledge of billing guidelines and Federal and State billing regulations
