Data Entry Specialist

The data entry specialist's primary responsibility is to collect, verify, and enter data into our company systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, fast typing skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Essential functions include:

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Verify information by comparing it with source documents.
• Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or company systems accurately.
• Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies.
• Generate reports when required.
• Capable of working under time constraints in a high-volume environment.
• Good time-management with ability to multi-task duties and projects.
• Communicate with team members to resolve data issues.
• Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills.
• Assist in general office duties as needed.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work extended hours and some Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office setting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience preferably in farming or agriculture operation.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds as needed.
• Bilingual is highly desirable.
• Driver's license may be required.
