You are certified in change management methodologies, preferably PROSCI. You have 4+ years of experience managing initiatives with change management principles. You have proven, in depth change management experience using a variety of methodologies. You have experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies, and systems. You mitigate challenges and risks early and effectively, utilizing your strong problem solving skills. You have strong written and verbal communication. The Role
The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for implementing change across various initiatives within Willmeng by deploying best-in-class change management principles to increase outcomes and experiences.
What you will accomplish
- Creates change management plans for initiatives, acknowledging all aspects of change; analysis, plan, implementation, communication, and other considerations.
- Captures, defines, and measures data to analyze success.
- Collaborates closely with initiative leaders to integrate and execute change management tactics throughout the plan.
- Assesses change readiness and identifies key stakeholders.
- Prepares impact analysis evaluations to measure impacts of change.
- Manages the input and output of change management reporting systems.
- Consults and advises teams on change management.
- Develops change management tools and processes to support the integration and engagement with change management principles.
- Analyses and prepares risk mitigation tactics and processes.
