The Supervisor drives organizational effectiveness through workflow optimization, implementation of standard operating procedures, quality improvement initiatives, and team leadership. With upcoming expansions including Medicaid integration, the Supervisor will play a critical role in adapting clinic operations to meet evolving healthcare needs while maintaining the core mission of serving the community. This position focuses primarily on administrative functions, strategic planning, and systems optimization, with clinical responsibilities limited to backup coverage during staff absences or high-demand periods.Responsibility / Accountability Categories : Operations & Process Improvement (40%)Workflow Optimization & Process Improvement :

  • Lead comprehensive workflow analysis and redesign initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce waste
