We have a new search underway for a Quality Supervisor role with our client. In this hands-on position, you'll oversee quality assurance processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment, diving into data analysis to pinpoint improvements, deploying robust verification systems, and leading teams to uphold exceptional product reliability. It's an ideal opportunity to drive impactful continuous improvement projects and elevate operational efficiency.

  • Anticipate $75,000 - $90,000 base salary
  • Benefits include: Full suite including health, 401K, PTO, and vacation

Responsibilities

  • Participate in teams for process improvements and coordinate continuous improvement projects
  • Create/maintain quality procedures and provide feedback for design enhancements
  • Review in-process data, facilitate corrective/preventive actions, and maintain calibration records
  • Develop systems for equipment/raw materials/products quality assurance, including PFMEA, CpK, and testing plans
  • Assist in product spec development, investigate customer complaints via CAPA, and supervise/train team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required (or equivalent); certifications in quality (e.g., ASQ) a plus
  • 3-5 years in quality leadership within manufacturing
  • Supervisory experience with inspectors, technicians, and leads in assembly environments
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab), lab equipment (CMM/OGPs), and metrics (CpK, Gauge R&R)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
