As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes but not limited to :
- Assisting resident with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL);
- Assisting resident with ambulation and transfers;
- Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
