Job descriptionOperate and program Inserter machines to produce documents from PDF and other digital files. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of inserting and printing machines Use mailroom equipment to fold letters, insert documents into envelopes, and prepare mailings for distribution. Organize and manage printed materials efficiently to meet deadlines. Ensure accuracy and quality in all printed and mailed materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Computer and technical knowledge and experience required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability and experience to operating mail Inserting machines various printing and mailroom machines. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible day shift hours as needed. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment. Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Mailroom Inserter Machine Operator for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality printing and mailing solutions.
Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, day shift must be flexible between the following schedules :
- 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
- 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
