Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded through exceptional service and efficient project execution. Your ability to manage relationships, coordinate internal resources, and provide strategic input will be essential to driving long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
  • Manage client accounts, including onboarding, updates, reporting, and follow-ups
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet business goals
  • Monitor account performance and resolve issues or concerns proactively
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and agreements
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding client progress and opportunities
  • Support the implementation of client-focused strategies to drive retention and growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in client account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
