Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Assemble mechanical and electronic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Use hand/power tools, follow work instructions, and ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies
• Read prints and follow work instructions
• Use hand/power tools (torque tools as needed)
• Perform basic inspection and testing
• Track materials and maintain a clean workspace
• Support production and improvement efforts
• Work overtime as needed

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude (assembly experience preferred)
• Experience with tools
• Ability to read basic prints
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand full shift
• Basic math/computer skills
• Team-oriented and safety-focused

Nice to Have

• Soldering or electrical assembly experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
